Dungeon review for thursday

I logged Pshaw yet again and queued Healer/Dps for the available dungeons I hadn't done yet Opening of the Dark Portal, Magister's Terrace, The Arcatraz, and Utgarde Keep. Utguarde Keep popped almost instantly, amazing. Even more amazing is the fact that I was actually Dps! Of course the group I got in had already started the dungeon, but lucky for me they hadn't killed the prince yet.

So I joined them and eventually we made it through the instance and I heard a Ding

                                       

I marked Utgarde Keep off my list and queued for the other three and waited.... and waited...... and waited.... 1 hour later I was sitting in Shatt when I heard some dude yell "The Tauren Chieftains are playing in Shattrath at the World's End Tavern". I yelled "YAY!" (in game) and headed over there and watched. About 2 minutes into the show Opening of the Dark Portal popped. My sister heard a very loud groan from down the hall. I hated this dungeon, I actually considered clicking leave queue. But i clicked enter dungeon and I got in a group with a tank who immediately said "wait here" I almost threw my computer across the room I was so mad. About 10 minutes later the tank showed back up, with EVERY beast add in the dungeon following him. We AoE'd the adds down and then started the event. The tank literally knew where EVERY portal was gonna show up so we just followed him around. We got to rift #6 and kicked the hell out of the boss

We took out the next 5 rifts and then killed the boss at rift #12

Then we took out 5 more (consecration really helped with the adds though) and at rift 18

I always thought he was the coolest looking boss in game...

But we killed him and I got the achievement (and personally I think the fact that they never hit Medivh's shield once ought to be an achievement in itself, Blizz i hope your reading this!)

Dungeons from last night

I logged on wow for two hours last night on pshaw, half of which was figuring out where to get my flight masters license. I accessed the dungeon finder and listed my name as Healer and DPS. I instantly got a hit, I was doing Escape from Durnholde, one of my favorites. I was healing of course so I did as well as could be expected of me, but for whatever reason I wasn't doing very good healing, I kept getting aggro, and i kept running out of mana. Regardless it went fine and we never wiped once (thank god for bubble...) and before I knew it we had killed the Epoch Hunter at the end. 

After the dungeon I just sat and stared at my screen like WTF? I honestly didn't understand it. Did blizz finally make Healadins obsolite?

I deactivated the Healer box in the dungeon finder and looked for another random dungeon this wait was a little longer but finally I was transported to the mechanar. In the beginning it wen't off pretty good for me when the healer died, which was unfortunatlely frequently, I steped back and got my heal on. We got to the first boss and kicked his ass then we went to move on to the second boss, but there was a gate we couldn't get through... We scoured the internet until we discovered that we had to kill everything in the first part to open the gate, so we did just that. We got through to the nethermancer sepethrea's room then killed the mobs around her then we healed up ran up to her weapons raised and died? WTF happened? We rezzed ran back in there and attacked, and died again. This hoe was killing us in a matter of seconds. I just said screw this and logged off, Nethermancer sepethrea gets to live to die another day. After I google her and find out what went wrong...

I haven't been blogging about wow as much as i initially intended to and for that i am sorry
a couple of updates:
Pshaw is now lv. 67 and duel specced in ret
Krrumb is now lv. 52 and tamed the green cat in felwood as his third pet, his other two are the ghost saber from darkshore and a regular run of the mill gorilla from STV
i haven't played elrandar
Dogath is now lv. 16 and i specced him in elemental

Yes, thats right i recently made a horde toon. The name of this new character is Ganjja and he is my new Troll Warlock currently sitting at level 20

Scholomance Real?!?! part 1

Im currently looking into this but it looks as if scholomance might actually be a real place. From what I've gathered thus far Scholomance lies in the mountains of either Romania or Italy and, like in wow, was at one point a school for teaching black magic and, of course, the art of Necromancy (raising the dead). I'll look into this further and keep you posted on my findings.

I picked this topic because my family has suffered from two losses in 2010 when my grandfather died of esophageal cancer in July then in December, my great-grandfather (his father) died of old age. And recently (this week) my stepdads brother died of unclear causes. Then we come to find out that a soldier whom my stepdad respected highly committed suicide.

But more than that, I believe that if there is anyone in the world you need to count on besides yourself, your family is your best bet. Even if you are fighting with a member of your family, you would be surprised at what they are capable of forgiving.
